"DRUG TALK ALL LIES," SNARLS HUMPHREY

i'd(word-I) like to place this article in editorial coumn(sp-) on p.3 or 4 on the newspaper or magazine.
the
(word-The) reason i(I) chose those vocabs(sp-) as on the article above is because i(I) tried to make my article more reasonable, not just mere dislike which led to disrespect toward Humphrey(sp-). i(I) also chose some vocabs(sp-) with stronger meaning in law, like allegations, subversive, reports, because these words represents more facts than subjective opinions.(punctuation) and because this article is an official article, i (I)think it'll be better to use words that are more polite, graceful.

Jean’s advice: Good opinion to share, even the professional reporter sometimes needs more aspects of view to share experience. Pay more attention on the word’s usage and spelling.

Dubai court jails boy's HIV rapist

Whoa .. is this some kind of racism issue?
Why did they kidnap a French boy? Why French? Why the mother was totally outraged by the sentence in the court?
I think the interesting part of this article is we can sort of guessing that the mother’s outrage was because the combination of the rapists’ race and the HIV positive. But I have a strong opinion that her outrage was primarily because of the rapists’ race.
There is a point of conflict in this article. I think according to law, a penalty of 15 years in prison is enough for such case. They didn’t kill the boy, plus the victim is of the same sex. But the mother demanded to appeal and claimed that the court concealed many evidences. I believe the process itself is not pure law; there are mistakes here and there plus hatred and revenge.

Jean’s advice: Good opinion to share, and good organization and grammar.

 'Cannibal' killer commits suicide

In this article, Soledad Garavito the mother of Galeana, claimed the death of Calva as divine justice. I took these words as euphemism language for “an eye for an eye”. She didn’t say directly that God will punish whomever sinful but use “divine justice” instead.
I don’t think this article is a good article. The article doesn’t provide us with enough background of the murderer. We only know that his parents abandoned him and that he was writing poem. He seemed quite normal to me. What’s his motive? Did he join some sects with cannibalistic practice? Was he a successful person? We don’t really need details but we want to see the other side of the coin. This article should tell more than just accusing him as a cannibal, as if he was wrong from the beginning or was he believed in supernatural power and stuffs.
A great point that makes this piece of news sells is (I think) novelty. Although we know that there are minorities who really eat human flesh but these people are not civilized people. Calva, is a guy from a civilized place, he even knew how to appreciate art, but he did non-human action. So is it conflict or novelty? Now I think it’s both points.

Jean’s advice: Questioning the article itself is the first step to be a good reader, not only soaking knowledge but expressing the bad materials out. Good organized opinion.

Israel's fight against sex trafficking

Oh yeah, great. It’s hard to work with this article. I have bad memories abt(word-about) these ppl(?!), especially because Israel being an Islamic country and that bring influence to my opinion towards Israeli. No matter how hard I tried to be more fair, more objective about the case, what came to my mind is “Yerr, they’re all pricky(?!), no wonder they can do this to innocent women”. I did analyze the PMI however, but it sounded like this:
P : From this article we learn that Israeli are dangerous, we learn to avoid Israeli, we learn to protect ourselves from them.
M : This article destroyed the good image and credibility of Israeli ( if they ever had any)
I : They still got conscience after all, they are now working this issue out.
It doesn’t sound good at all, so let’s just ignore it.
So I decided to write down what make this sells
Erm, basically, I think there is more impact in this article. It makes us angry; it makes us want to criticize them but also makes us want to know more things on this issue. Anyone who is not very happy with this might want to know what’s going to happen next, or has the government solved the problem. This creates a slight involvement and we know we care about it.

Jean’s advice: The opinion you shared is good since you had such a significant feeling toward the issue. The PMI could be more specific would be better. Some world I don't really get involve but good grammar without error.

Boy Acted Drunk Then Passed Out for 6 Hours
Nowadys(sp-nowadays), we more and more care about our health than before. And concerning everything it is good or bad to us. What’s more, we always put our attention on kids’ health. We try to provide children a safe and clean environment for protect them from dangerous. Sometimes we just be(word-are so careless would be better) careless and make some mistakes. But sometime(sp-sometimes) it just because we trust the government and big(word-vast would be better)company too much. Thus, we always can read the accident like this on newspaper and TV very often. This news can give warning to parents to pay more attention on the product(word-pl. would be better) which they are going to buy. They should think twice before they buy it. Or they should find some information about the product on the website set by government. But I think this news is more than warning customer. The comment in this news is a little bit (grammar-kind of) bias. The mother has mentioned that "When I've called they've said, 'We're so sorry, it must have been terrible. We all know that the company should responsible for this accident. And the company did do some action to this product. But the way (word-add what)the mother said just like to(world-delete just like to) make(s) us feel the company is cruel. And another thing is why didn’t the reporter(grammar-why the reporter didn’t) write if the company was punished or not.(the sentence could be more specific) He should say it to us for letting people know that if the government did their duty or not. (the sentence could be more specific) And should we still believe or support this government (for the) next election?

Jean’s advice: I think that Susan’s opinion is practical, but the crack is that she could use more specific and proper words to present her idea, and that way her article would be more fluent instead of using the Chinese way translate in English. In all, the shortage won’t have effect on her article’s idea.

Babies 'show social intelligence'

Recently, there are
(grammar-is) more and more research of baby. Most of them are about how babies’ intelligence or language. But this one is about babies show social intelligence. There are more mysteries in babies’ bread than we’ve thought. And this news did surprise me that babies should make social judgement(word-judge)!(sentence?!) Somehow it is unbelievable and interesting that they should learn and make judgement(word-judge) beside us without our knowing. (sentence?!) How amazing it is. Still now I can’t believe it. What’s more, in their mind they can discern what is good or bad. And it is what we have never thought about. It also means that we should pay more attention on our behavior. We can not be bad in front of them. (sentence?!)(We should be their model and behave good manner would be better) As now we know that babies are prepared to learn social interaction, and we could advance their education for avoiding they accept the wrong message. Though babies can learn from watching, it does not means that they can judge what is right or wrong. They still need teaching. (sentence-need to be given guidance or need proper education would be better)Thanks for the research(word-researchers would be better) for correcting the misunderstanding of baby in our mind, or we will never know hoe(sp-how) amazing baby is. And now, we can comprehend with (grammar?!) baby more clearly.

Jean’s advice: Maybe I lack of learning to understand what Susan want to express, I have to apologize about this. The same things I found out in this article are that Susan might be using the native language to speak English and focusing on words using would be better. And the grammar here is better. Actually, reading this article is an enjoyment for the interesting issue and Susan’s flushed emotion to share with.

Voice of the Tube silenced by LU

For me, I think it is interesting and exciting to here
(sp-hear) my own voice in the public place. Though I haven’t had that kind of experience, but I think it must be amusing. Somehow, it still can be embarrassed. When you want to buy a ticket by machine, and the voice of the guider are yourself, it must be strange. Also it can be very funny. I really admire the person who can express her own though straightly in a humor way. Emma Clarke said her opinion when she was working. But it is not a good way to say something bed (sp-bad)that which would provoke people in a public place. Especially when the person is your boos(sp-boss)! No wander(wonder) that she lost her job after it. I think the positive in the news is that everyone has his own right to advance his suggestion straightly. No one can forbid it.(sentence-more information to support would be better) And the negative is that when you are a famous person or (a) general person, you should not give your own suggestion in the public. (I firmly agree with you)You should be more careful about your speech for demos’ though will easily be affected by you.(sentence- structure?!) Thus, I think it is not wise to do what Emma Clarke did.

Jean’s advice: Just a little default of spelling, and I think that it’s lacking of conscious would cause that happened. And you make great progress by improving your grammar which is good. I not only like your article but the opinion you share, I think no one could get 100% freedom to do anything you want, you never know what you have done is appropriate or not. As the saying goes:
A little knowledge is a dangerous thing.

'Taken over by Satan'

The genocide in Rwanda in 1994 convulsed the world. More than one million people die in the genocide. All of us can’t understand why they should do such cruel things. Only the person who is out of his mind would do that. But according to this news we may get more understand about it. This news is a confession of one killer of the genocide. He told that before this action happened there are already some conflicts between the Hutus and Tusis. And the conflicts are more serious than we though. The Tusis are always the lower status in the society. And it’s hard for them to change it. What’s more they are always treated unwell by the Hutus. For these reasons, begin the war. But as the killer said, the most important reason why they should do it is that they were taken by the state. They lost their mind but not knowing why. He is suffering by the dead people last appearance. In my opinion, though their action won’t be forgot
(grammar-forgotten) by people, we still have to find out the reasons which made they do the massacre. Maybe they didn’t want to do that at first. Maybe they have no choices to do that to arouse our attention. And I think the bias in the news is that the killer said he did not killed more than one people. How could it be possible in that kind of situation he shouldn’t killed more than one? Or we can say if he felt sympathy for the Tusis why should he attend the action? But I think it is quit a good thing to report the different sides of view of the gencode.(sp-genocide?!) After all, we can not judge one thing in a view.

Jean’s advice: Seems that you make progress day by day. I like the opinion you shared and the issues and questions you aroused which impress me. And sometimes gaining knowledge is upon questioning yourself. Good!

THE ARTICLE
The cost of raising a child in the UK is soaring and set to almost double again in the next decade. Parents can expect to fork out around $365,000 on raising a child from birth to the age of 21. This is according to a report by the UK insurance company LV=. The insurer reckons a child now costs $50 a day, with university being the most expensive years, followed by the early childhood period between two and five. LV= spokesman Nigel Snell said the statistics are quite sobering for both would-be and current parents. “The figures are quite staggering and it’s unrealistic to expect people’s income levels to increase in line with this rising level of expenditure. This means parents will need to be switched on about their family finances more than ever,” he said.

Spending on childcare and education accounts for over half of the expenditure at $200,000. On top of that, it costs $32,000 to feed a child, $24,000 to clothe him or her, and a mind-blowing $50,000 to keep them amused with toys, holidays, hobbies and presents. Pocket money, however, decreased by $100 a year in 2007. Mr Snell said he has sympathy for parents over the rocketing expenses they face: “As a parent of three, I know from experience that sacrifices have to be made in the early years, and many parents will have had to put some plans on hold to manage the costs associated with raising a family. Of course, every parent will tell you that it is all worth it, but making even small provisions and doing a little extra planning now could help new parents see their way more easily through the next 21 years.”

Bias –
Euphemistic:
switched on about their family finances more than ever. would be. The figures are quite staggering.

P: To remind parents to make a preparation for not only their children but their future plan.

M: The list include amused with toys, holidays, hobbies and presents, pocket money “I think that this could be permitted if you are in a good financial condition, or this extra enjoyments are really unnecessary and could be restrain.

I: According to the society decreased their birth rate, so more and more people noticed the children play the important role and seriously responsible for their country, putting on the focus not only on Politicians but the hopeful seeds in field.

Comment:

Many people think that giving birth to babies can make a family into complete, but sometimes people take the dream too good to pursue and ignore the reality would lead them to be the dreamers instead of doers. As to the article mentioned “it’s unrealistic to expect people’s income levels to increase in line with this rising level of expenditure“ Everyone should make their own plans which could satisfy their financial condition unless prosperous trivial problems also can break down a country’s proactive thinking. Decreasing self problems becomes more realistic than to increase self contributions. As most people want to satisfy themselves as they want, so saving money was not an easy thing. Plan and spending money casually, when the things you less desire, you could save money this time and using it to buy the more essential things in practical.

  • Homosexual Child Molester Monsters

Homosexual Child Molester

MONSTERS!

Homosexuals claim that “heterosexuals” molest most children but statistics show that homosexuals molest at far higher rates than do heterosexuals.

  • Rev. Paul Shanley, a retired Catholic priest was arrested on May 4, 2002 in San Diego on three counts of child rape. Shanley had a history of molesting boys that went back to 1967. He was at the founding meeting of the North American Man-Boy Love Association (NAMBLA) and while in San Diego operated a bed & breakfast for homosexuals in Palm Springs. Shanley has openly called for “man-boy” love.

  • David Carlton Nurmi, was arrested in Florida on April 26, 2002, for possession of child pornography and for molesting a 15-year-old boy.

  • Geoffrey Cornish, a well-respected Solana Beach, California therapist was sentenced to 23 years in prison in September, 2001 for sexually molesting boys who came to him for therapy. Cornish, who is HIV-positive, was also a coach for the Torrey Pines High School surf team. Cornish told police he had been molested himself by a Boy Scout leader for three years when he was living in England.

  • James Edward Sanders, a homosexual child molester, was arrested in New Mexico in December, 2001 for sexually abusing a 7-year-old boy. Police also discovered child pornography in Sanders’ home.

  • Christopher Reardon, a homosexual, former youth minister, and Boy Scout leader was sentenced to 40-50 years in prison in the Summer of 2001 for raping, molesting, and disseminating pornography to 29 boys under his care.

These are only a few of the homosexual child molestation cases to hit the news during 2001-02. Virtually every week, newspapers detail more cases involving homosexuals who have sexually assaulted children under their care.

New York Post Exposes High Rate Of Teacher/Student Molestations

In a story not widely publicized in the mainstream press, the New York Post published a story in its July 30, 2001 edition about the secret epidemic of homosexual child abuse cases that go unreported in New York City’s public schools.

The report, “Secret Shame Of Our Schools: Sexual Abuse Of Students Runs Rampant,” by Douglas Montero, is the result of an analysis of 117 cases of sexual abuse between January 1999 and June 2001. Sixty percent of those accused of sexual abuse were transferred to desk jobs inside the school district. Forty percent of those transferred suspects were repeat sex offenders.

The report noted that out of the 117 cases, 212 children were victims. In 45% of the cases, the sex offender attacked more than one student. In nearly 16% of the cases, school officials delayed or tried to cover up the sexual molestations. The average victim is a 15-year-old girl and 75% of the victims were girls. According to the report, “Nearly 20 percent of the offenders are homosexuals and in most of these cases, the attack led to a sexual relationship with the stu- dent.” The report also discovered that the Board of Education investigated another 347 substantiated sex abuse cases between January 2000 and July 20, 2001. Adding the 117 cases with the 327, it appears that at least one child is sexually abused each day by a school employee—and 20% of these molestations against children are done by homosexuals!

Homosexuals Molest Children At A Far Higher Rate Than Heterosexuals

Homosexuals account for only 1-2% of our population based on current surveys. The National Opinion Research Center in 1992 found that 2.8% of men and 1.4% of women identified themselves as “homosexual” or “bisexual. A 1995 survey of 18-49-year-old men published by the Journal of Sex Research indicated that 2.6% of them had engaged in homosexual sex within the prior 12 months; 4% had had homosexual sex within the past five years. In other words, at least 98-99% of our population is heterosexual in orientation.

Homosexual activists routinely claim that most child molesters are “heterosexual” males, thus shifting the focus away from their own very high rates of molestation. Since 98-99% of the population is heterosexual, it is technically correct to say that most molestations are done by heterosexuals. However, statistics indicate that homosexuals pose a far more serious threat to children than do heterosexuals.

For example: In 1987, Dr. Stephen Rubin of Whitman College conducted a ten-state study of sex abuse cases involving school teachers. He studied 199 cases. Of those, 122 male teachers had molested girls, while 14 female teachers had molested boys. He also discovered that 59 homosexual male teachers had molested boys and four female homosexual teachers had molested girls. In other words, 32 percent of those child molestation cases involved homosexuals. Nearly a third of these cases come from only 1-2% of the population.

Dr. Judith Reisman, in her book, Kinsey, Crimes & Consequences, describes the research done by Dr. Gene Abel. This researcher compared the molestation rates of self-confessed homosexual and heterosexual child molesters. In a sample of 153 homosexual molesters, they confessed to a total of 22,981 molestations. This is equivalent to 150 children per molester. Self-admitted heterosexual molesters admitted to 4,435 molestations. This comes to 19.8 victims per molester. Dr. Abel concluded that homosexuals “sexually molest young boys at an incidence that is occurring from five times greater than the molestation of girls.”

This high rate of molestations by homosexuals is consistent with other studies conducted during the past several decades. Here are just a few studies that show homosexuals molesting children at epidemic rates:

The Los Angeles Times conducted a survey in 1985 of 2,628 adults across the U.S. Of those, 27% of the women and 16% of the men had been sexually molested. Seven percent of the girls and 93% of the men had been molested by adults of the same sex. This means that 40% of child molestations were by homosexuals. (Los Angeles Times, August 25-6, 1985)

In 1984, a Vermont survey of 161 adolescents who were sex offenders found that 35 of them were homosexuals (22%). (Wasserman, J., “Adolescent Sex Offenders—Vermont, 1984” Journal American Medical Association, 1986; 255:181-2)

In 1991, of the 100 child molesters at the Massachusetts Treatment Center for Sexually Dangerous Persons, a third were heterosexual, a third were bisexual, and a third were homosexual. (Dr. Raymond Knight, “Differential Prevalence of Personality Disorders in Rapists and Child Molesters,” Eastern Psychological Association Conference, New York, April 12, 1991)

Drs. Freund and Heasman of the Clark Institute of Psychiatry in Toronto reviewed two studies on child molesters and calculated that 34% and 32% of the sex offenders were homosexual. In cases these doctors had handled, 36% of the molesters were homosexuals. (Freund, K. “Pedophilia and Heterosexuality vs. Homosexuality,” Journal of Sex & Marital Therapy, 1984; 10:193-200)

From these studies and many more, it is evident that homosexuals molest children at a far greater rate than do their heterosexual counterparts. While they comprise only 1-2% of the population, they are responsible for upwards of a third or more of all sexual molestations of children.

Exposing The Homosexual/Pedophile Link

Homosexuals seldom openly admit that they want to sexually assault children, but their literature and their actions tell another story. In the January 1-8, 2001 issue of The Weekly Standard, author Mary Eberstadt exposed the clear link between homosexual activism and the growing North-American Man- Boy Love Association (NAMBLA) movement. Writing in “’Pedophilia Chic’ Reconsidered: The taboo against sex with children continues to erode,” Eberstadt notes:

The reason why the public is being urged to reconsider boy pedophilia is that this ‘question,’ settled though it may be in the opinions and laws of the rest of the country, is demonstrably not yet settled within certain parts of the gay rights movement. The more that movement has entered the mainstream, the more this ‘question’ has bubbled forth from that previously distant realm in the public square.

Eberstadt notes that the book, Male Inter-Generational Intimacy: Historical, Socio-Psychological, and Legal Perspectives edited by pedophile Edward Brongersma is currently available in the “gay/lesbian” sections of bookstores like Borders. This book, which openly promotes pedophilia, was first published in the Journal of Homosexuality in 1990. The Journal is edited by John DeCecco, a psychologist at San Francisco State University. DeCecco is a board member of the Dutch pedophile journal, Paidika.

The homosexual magazine Guide published a pro-pedophile editorial in its July, 1995 issue. In referring to pedophiles as “prophets” of sexual freedom, the Guide editorialist wrote: “We must listen to our prophets. Instead of fearing being labeled pedophiles, we must proudly proclaim that sex is good, including children’s sexuality. . . . Surrounded by pious moralists with deadening anti-sexual rules, we must be shameless rulebreakers, demonstrating our allegiance to a higher concept of love. We must do it for the children’s sake.”

Parents are correct to be concerned about homosexuals sexually assaulting their children. The Boy Scouts of America, for example, is right to prohibit homosexuals from membership or leadership positions. It is evident from the statistical evidence and news reports of child molestation cases, that homosexuals pose a clear and present danger to children. Our laws and social policies should protect children, not cater to the whims and sexual desires of sexual predators. We must oppose homosexual activism “for the children’s sake.”
Bias:In a similar fashion, gay people have often been portrayed as a threat to children. The number of Americans who believe the myth that gay people are child molesters has declined substantially. "Homosexuals try to play sexually with children if they cannot get an adult partner." Even though most Americans don't regard gay people as child molesters, confusion remains widespread in this area. To understand the facts, it is important to examine the results of scientific research. For the present discussion, the important point is that many child molesters cannot be meaningfully described as homosexuals, heterosexuals, or bisexuals, because they are not really capable of a relationship with an adult man or woman. Instead of gender, their sexual attractions are based primarily on age.

THE ARTICLE

Divorce is bad for the environment. This is the conclusion of a research study carried out by ecologists at Michigan State University in the USA and published in the journal 'Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences'. Researchers found that divorce has different kinds of negative impacts on the planet, including a higher demand for resources and a lower rate of efficiency in the use of household resources. The research team analyzed data on married couples and their use of resources in 12 countries, including the USA, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Greece, Mexico and South Africa. Lead researchers Eunice Yu and Jianguo Liu discovered that divorce led to smaller average household sizes, which resulted in a larger number of total households and thus a greater demand for energy, water, and land.

In many countries around the world divorce rates have been rising. "A married household actually uses resources more efficiently," said Mr Liu. He added that people seemed surprised by his findings at first, and then after thinking about it, decided it was simple. He said: "People have been talking about how to protect the environment and combat climate change, but divorce is an overlooked factor that needs to be considered." His report states that in America in 2005, divorcees could have saved more than 73 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity and 627 billion gallons of water if they had stayed married. In percentage terms, divorcees used 42-61 percent more resources per person compared with a married person. To help save natural resources, Yu and Liu recommended that governments consider the environmental impact of divorce and separation.

Bias:
Discrimination /Superiority /Prejudice: Divorce is bad for the environment.

What makes it news?
Novelty - In nowadays society, divorce rates are rising.
Proximately - Divorce isn’t limited just in one country but the whole world issue.

P:
to have a research in impersonal points of views without emotive materials in divorce problems toward to the society may decrease the negative responses.

M: The resource using may refer to the habits of different kinds of people. It’s really unfair to say that divorce people would use resources less efficiently divorced and single, it’s not good to judge a person in clarifying.
I: people often takes problems toward society, it’s rare to put their foundation on environment. And concerned on planet, caring the energy, water, and land is a realistic issue related to our daily life.

Comment:

Don’t judge a person by his appearance, and don’t judge a person by his background. This article makes me feel that it’s really unfair to said so. They have to be sorry for the environment just because they enclosed the wrong marriages. Why people have to set this discretional research to hurt the person who is brave to face his marriage problem and walk out. Even the report’s point of view is really clinical, but as to my opinion, the news also remind people must makes sure that the person who can give you happiness and also can hold you hand to spend rest of your life, not just good for yourself but contribute your merely effort to the environment.

The Spice Girls launch their comeback world tour in Vancouver this weekend after seven years out of the limelight. They hope to bring back “girl power” and introduce it to a whole new generation of teenagers. The five-member group was one of the hottest bands of the 1990s and sold a massive 55 million albums worldwide. They became instant heroes for millions of their fans with their songs, dance movements and street fashion. They also encouraged young women to be more self confident with their “girl power” message. Their debut single "Wannabe" was a smash hit in 1996 and was number one in the singles charts all over the world. They followed this with eight other number one records in the UK, which had many music writers and journalists comparing them to the Beatles.

There has been much hype surrounding the upcoming tour. More than 750,000 tickets have been sold so far and the band’s website says they’ll play additional concerts in Buenos Aires, Cape Town, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Sydney. Each band member should make up to $20 million from the tour and associated record sales. However, the girls were quick to tell the media that the reunion concerts were more about their fans than the cash. Geri Halliwell, who left the band in 1998, two years before it eventually split up, said: "For me it's about celebrating the past and enjoying each other; It's about our fans." One fan eagerly awaiting the Vancouver gig, 28-year-old Sherri Reeve claimed the concert was a dream come true. “The Spice Girls changed my life when I was a teenager. They are perfect role models,” she said.
Novelty: famous singers

P: They introduce “girl power” to a whole new generation of teenagers by encouraging young women to be more self confident.

M: They also gain benefit on it.

I: They put their own idea in songs to make their followers change their lives. Song has that magic power to strong people’s hearts and gain power.

Listening to an iPod while walking across the street could soon become illegal in New York. State Senator Carl Kruger wants a law introduced that outlaws crossing roads while listening to music, talking on a mobile phone or using video games and personal organizers. The fine for breaking this law could be as much as $100. The Senator said he has witnessed too many near misses whereby pedestrians have not heard or seen oncoming traffic because they were too involved in gaming, chatting on their phone or what he describes as being “lost in iPod oblivion”. Mr. Kruger told reporters: "Government has an obligation to protect its citizens. This electronic gadgetry is reaching the point where it's…creating an atmosphere where we have a major public safety crisis at hand." He is concerned that it’s becoming a nationwide problem.

Kruger may have a point. Three pedestrians have been killed in the past four months in New York’s Brooklyn district. They all walked into busy traffic because they were distracted by an electronic device of some sort. In one case, bystanders shouted at someone to be careful seconds before they were knocked down and became another traffic accident statistic. Despite the alarming increase in deaths caused by distractions from iPods etc, New Yorkers are likely to ignore any new law forbidding their use in the streets. Many residents believe Kruger is going too far and that the law treats people as though they had no sense. Brooklyn resident Mary Alberto was outraged at Kruger’s proposal. She said: “Enough is enough. I have been able to cross the street since I was eight.” She also joked that one day people might be fined for not looking both ways.

Bias: I have been able to cross the street, since I was eight.

Emotive: as though they had no sense. Enough is enough.

Euphemistic: knocked down , traffic accident statistic.

P: Notice the problems and find the solution.

M: Law wave to follow the humanity.

I: New invention new law.

Comment:

Many reasons could cause the accident happen. You can’t concentrate on one thing by interfering inventions, but it doesn’t mean that you could concentrate without interfering. Sometimes Laws have to be reasonable. People can’t just do the thing they want, and to stand on other’s positions is also an important subject to learn. Always standing on one way, how can you see the whole world’s scenery? Everyone has their own reasons to say ”NO” to refuse the new law which is made by government. And what the world need? Organizers, of course, to an analysis which is good or bad and find the balance way instead keep arguing. Creations come from humanity, so does Law. To be reasonable, possible and the rule can convince you, why don’t you follow?Sine “necessity is the mother of invention“. And the new invention is also the mother of law.
