'Taken over by Satan'

The genocide in Rwanda　in 1994 convulsed the world. More than one million people die in the genocide. All of us can’t understand why they should do such cruel things. Only the person who is out of his mind would do that. But according to this news we may get more understand about it. This news is a confession of one killer of the genocide. He told that before this action happened there are already some conflicts between the Hutus and Tusis. And the conflicts are more serious than we though. The Tusis are always the lower status in the society. And it’s hard for them to change it. What’s more they are always treated unwell by the Hutus. For these reasons, begin the war. But as the killer said, the most important reason why they should do it is that they were taken by the state. They lost their mind but not knowing why. He is suffering by the dead people last appearance. In my opinion, though their action won’t be forgot(grammar-forgotten) by people, we still have to find out the reasons which made they do the massacre. Maybe they didn’t want to do that at first. Maybe they have no choices to do that to arouse our attention. And I think the bias in the news is that the killer said he did not killed more than one people. How could it be possible in that kind of situation he shouldn’t killed more than one? Or we can say if he felt sympathy for the Tusis why should he attend the action? But I think it is quit a good thing to report the different sides of view of the gencode.(sp-genocide?!) After all, we can not judge one thing in a view.

Humphrey Discounts Allegations

OTTAWA (UBI) warhorse and liquor baron Humphrey denounced today that reports implicating him in undercover drug retailing were had any basis in fact. Rumour(sp-rumor)- sources around Parliament Hill hint tonight Humphrey’s alleged scrape is the subject of Cabinet investigation. Meantime, Bay Street mandarins point to the fact that Humphrey stock has plummeted suddenly as a result of a wave of panic

liquor baron :people will be more curious to know a news about baron than a executive.
denounced :this word is more powerful than deny.
reports :makes the news much authentic
implicating :to drop a hint that someone is doing something.
undercover : support “implicating”, a negative word
drug :including more things than dope.

Get Stressed, Get Old

Impact
I think this research will arouse people’s attention on our life quality. It’s a message for us to slow down and take things easier. Nowadays people’s stress is getting bigger and bigger. As the inflation gets worse, we have to work harder than before to support the raising expenses of family. People always work over time under the high stress without awareness. And this causes the bad influence on our body. Not only the germs, but the stress in our life can harm our health. After all, since this detection was discovered, we should find the way to avoid staying under the stress. However, prevent is better than cure.


Bias
The definition of the stress is ambiguous. We cannot measure people’s stress. Someone is endurable and good at dealing with the stress. And some can’t resist the compression in their life, which likes strawberry become jam when we give the pressure on it. And still some can inspire more potential under the stress. Thus, the research isn’t quite convincing.
